The following bill on today's calendar could not be considered in a

    HOUSE BILL NO. 25                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to insurance coverage for contraceptives and                                                               
    related services; relating to medical assistance coverage for                                                               
    contraceptives and related services; and providing for an effective
